I bought this to try as strictly an appetite suppressant--not for energy or anything else.
It works like mad. Appetite is definitely suppressed. For too long, honestly.
Taste is not harsh or offensive. Is like a somewhat thick mango green tea. Perfectly sweet, not sugary. Goes down easy.
My experience is that it works very well from the first use. I'm not faithful to supplements, so I didn't take this regularly and eventually stopped taking it altogether.
Later found that I didn't need an appetite suppressant. Just the opposite. But I definitely recommend it if you need an appetite suppressant that actually works.
And I didn't experience any energy boost or side effects related to that claim.
