Microwave Cooking Instructions (Recommended):

Ovens vary, heat time may require adjusting.

• Lift all four corners to vent steam.
• Microwave on high 5-7 minutes.
• Let stand 1-2 minutes in microwave.
• Carefully remove tray and film as product will be hot.
• Stir before serving.

Conventional Oven Instructions

Ovens vary, heat time may require adjusting.  Do not prepare in toaster oven.

• Preheat oven to 375°F.
• Place meal on sheet pan in center of preheated oven.
• Bake meal for approximately 45-55 minutes, checking the products internal temperature at varying intervals to ensure it has reached a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for thorough heating and proper food safety.
• Carefully remove tray and film as product will be hot.

Stir before serving.
