Pros: blush brush and concealer brush

Cons: kabuki and eyeshadow brushes too soft to be useful

I prefer the full set better to this "travel" size although I enjoy the small blush brush and concealer as they will travel well. The kabuki and eye shadow brush need to have bristles more compacted to be useful.

Pros: Soft, Durable, Functional, Eco-Friendly

These are the best, softest brushes I have found. This is the first kit I have purchased from ecotools, and I love them. I use every single brush everyday; I use the concealer brush to pack on eyeshadow, the 'eyeshadow' brush for putting shadow on my crease and blending, the kabuki for powder and bronzer, and the blush brush for powder blush. I have had them for close to a year now and I have never had one shed a single hair or have any problems, and I wash them weekly! They are so soft and small enough to be travel friendly but not too small that they aren't functional. I plan on buying the powder brush and the eye set. Bottom line, you should definitely give them a try, for the price you cannot find better!

These are soft, beautiful brushes that seem to be well-made. I really like them, and have only one quibble with the packaging. The brushes fit very tightly into the pouch, so there's really no way of getting them in and out without smooshing the bristles, which will probably affect how long they last. I do wish that considering the price, the company had thought to put little protective "caps" on the brush heads, like you find on tiny paintbrushes. (There must be some recycled material that could have been used.) I think I'll make my own somehow. Also it doesn't say whether the brushes are washable, but a friend told me they are (I hope so!).

I like them. I think that they work very well. I kind of feel as though my face is ugly when I use them though. Like, some times my face breaks out after I use them. Like right now, my face is all red and puffy from a reaction. It may just be because of the orbit of the earth in the un-natural orbit of icy cold space. Either way I hate them, or I love them......
