I TAKE ONE BOTTLE IN THE MORNING SINCE I AM NOT A BREAKFAST PERSON AND IT SATISFIES ME I RECOMMENT THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE IT GAIVES ME ENERGY TOO SOMETIMES WHEN I HAVE RAN OUT FOR A FEW DAYS I CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE THEN I GET BACK ON IT AND WOW IT REALLY HELPS ME ALOT

Pros: Good Value, Good Taste, Provides A Boost, Nutritional, Goes Down Easy

The ensure is great for a snack inbetween my isosource feedings. They have a good taste and help keep my throat open. Although I can't east solid food, the Ensure does help keep my throat muscles working to some extent.
