Your Esthetic has been specially designed for the removal of unwanted facial hair. Do not use it on other areas of the body, nor for removing eyelashes, eyebrows or hair from the nostrils. When your appliance is switched on, keep it away from clothes and accessories and keep it out of the reach of children. Always consult your doctor before use if you have any of the following: Wounds, acne, eczema, psoriasis, a prevalence to allergies, raised moles, veining or high coloring (rosacea), reduced immunity of the skin, e.g. if you have diabetes or are pregnant, hemophilia or immune deficiency. Please note that the use of hormones and contraceptive pills can affect hair growth, color and thickness. These changes cannot be caused or promoted by the use of your Esthetic. To avoid damage to your appliance due to battery leakage, remove the batteries after use if you do not leave weak or ageing batteries in the appliance. Don't keep your appliance on the same spot for a long time trying to remove a difficult hair, it could heat the skin too much. Never apply undue pressure, which is unnecessary and may cause irritation. Never wash or immerse the appliance or leave any part or it to stand in water. You may feel some irritation or experience some reddening of the skin. This is quite normal after removing hair by the roots - as with ordinary tweezers. We recommend that you use your appliance last thing at night, so that if reddening occurs it will disappear by morning. Also itis important not to expose your skin to sunlight for some hours after hair removal. Never wah or immerse the appliance or leave any part of it to stand in water.
