Pros: low carbohydrates does not increase appetite, full of protein and fiber eat with water, Great for diabetics

Cons: None

Great bars full of protein and fiber and very low carbs. Drink a half liter of water with this bar and you will be satisfied for hours. Low glycemic index, great for diabetics. Not very low calorie, but can be used as a light carry on lunch.
