I have short ethnic hair and stopped applying perms a little over a year. I was also told by a stylist that perming my hair was actually damaging it. I came across this product by mistake and used a tiny dab with each curl (via flat iron). The results were great every time. In addition to this product, I also use Garnier Fructis Shampoo which makes my hair very manageable, curly and soft. I Luv It!!!!!!!

My daughter's hair is ethnic and very difficult to manage and keep "tamed". I discovered this product at Walgren's in the African American hair care section. Gave it a try and LOVE it. The first time I used it to flatiron her hair, people accused me of chemically straightening her hair. It protects and keeps her hair looking awesome until the next hair washing.

I have 3a/3b curly hair like tia and tamera mowry, it left my hair feeling clammy with lots of residue and it dried it up, THIS PRODUCT WORKS BEST FOR COURSE THICK HAIR LIKE 4A HAIR TYPES LIKE ERYKAH BADU

This product is SO for african american "natural" hair I have 4b/4c hair. this straightened it and kpt it that way using a dab of this , then a flat iron... WONDERFUL PRODUCT!!! for humid air and frizz. it looked like I had a relaxer !! buy this if you have thick course hair!!!

I have dry hair and very thick. My hair is some what curly and mostly dry, unruly, wavy hair.
This was horrible it just dried it out and gave dandruff and flakes.

my hair is very thick and curley..when i used this product..i blow dryed my hair right after..left my hair looking and feeling beautiful even in humid conditions. has a super strong hold. and trust me my hair is thick.and when is very humid outside my hair gets ugly and curley. i am even going to take this product with me to dominican republic(very humid place). FINALLY found a product that works on my hair type. i wont recommend this on corse hair.(afr.american hair) or thin hair..perfect for curley and thick.. my word is on it!!!
