You get a lot for your money

Cons: i can no longer find it in stores.

This is a great product for those of us whose hair is fine and thin but can't help ourselves, we color it anyway. It's a fine mist that doesn't weigh down my hair or make it greasy. It just gives it a natural shine, the way it used to look before I started coloring it. Best of all there's no alcohol in it to dry your hair.

Pros: Inexpensive, Great Results

I've purchased several other silicone products for my long (bottom of my ribs), color-treated and highlighted, fine, blonde hair. All of them weighed my hair down and made it feel and look sticky, greasy and stringy (as if I hadn't washed it).

I purchased Fantasia IC Polisher Mist on a whim while in the ethnic hair section (I'm white, but I use deep conditioning treatments aimed at african-american hair), figuring for this price it was worth a shot. It's the best product I've used on my hair for style!

Since my hair is so fine, I spray the product into my palms and then smooth it through my hair by running my hands through the ends. It never makes my hair look oily/stringy and it gets rid of that "straw ends" look. I've found that when I spray directly on my hair that it saturates that section of my hair too much and looks awful (really greasy). By spraying it on my hands, rubbing my palms together first, it gives a more even distribution. If I use it before blow-drying while my hair is still wet, I'll spray the ends directly from the bottle and then round brush while drying. It takes a LOT longer to dry this way though.

I would recommend this product to anyone with color-treated or highlighted hair to make hair look conditioned, sleek and shiny! It's hard to find, but thanks to Walgreens for having the locate in store feature on the site!

my african hair is thick and long. i like to use it best after i get my hair pressed. when i use this spray my hair smells better, has shine, is soft and smooth, and does an ok job at fighting frizz. i will buy this again.

This spray is good gave my hair lots of shine. It's lightweight doesn't cause any build up, has a nice scent. The shine lasts for hours and it isn't greasy.
