Pros: Energy Boost

This product is great- I agree it is not vegetarian, but it does not claim to be a vegetarian product. If you read carefully, it says it added "plant-pure vegetarian DHA" to the product. That is just one ingredient, and the label does not claim to be a vegetarian product. Read any product's label carefully before you buy it!

Pros: energy boost :)

I picked this up because I wanted to lower my cholesterol naturally. I started taking it in the afternoon after lunch and noticed a boost in my energy. I let my co-worker who is in her 50s try it and she had the same result. I will definitely be back to buy more of this.

Vetegarians: warning

When I saw "plant-pure vegetarian", I bought this thinking I could finally get a good source of vegetarian omega 3s. Took some with breakfast, no problem there. Easy to open, nice size pill, looks like quality stuff. But then I read the ingredients, I was horrified to see the capsule is made of "porcine gelatin" (and for those who did not know, unless it's specified otherwise, gelatin is always sourced from pork. Vegetarian capsules are named 'hydrocellulose' - or tablets). So I took it back !
