Worthless. "Homeopathic" = plain water.

The First Degree is amazing. I recently poured a cup of boiling water down my arm. I grabbed the burn cream from the first aid kit in my office and used it. After an hour the pain was still very strong and the skin was loose and bright red. I searched online for tips and came across this product. I left the office and drove to Walgreens to buy some. Within 15 minutes of applying The First Degree, the pain was gone from about 75 percent of the burned area, and within another hour the pain was gone entirely. I continued to use the cream and over the next 24 hours the 75 percent that did not blister basically healed. I will definitely use this again when I have a burn.

Wow WOW WOW!
I literally GRABBED a pot that was in the oven at 425 degrees for 30 MINUTES!!!!
I burned my hand SOOO bad, I swore I was going to have to go to the hospital. I got 5 blisters!!!
After running cold water and applying cold compresses....the pain was still unbearable!! my husband got me this cream! WOW!!! within minutes, I felt better. I could actually bend my hand/fingers. I slept... and when I woke up, the pain was GONE! I even went to the zoo with the kids the next day and by the end of the day (24 hours later) my HAND WAS CURED!!! No pain, my hand/blisters didn't hurt/discomfort either. The blisters went from white to pinkish....and I am even typing with both hands:)...just a day later:)
TOTAL LIFESAVER>...THIS IS SERIOUSLY A MUST FOR EVERY FIRST AID KIT!!!

I bought this cream just in case and while cooking my arm slightly touched the oven. I put this cream on and it stopped hurting and there's no scar 2 weeks later.
I wish I would have had this 10 years ago when the same thing happened and I have a small scar. Great product! I highly recommend.

My 5 year old son told his younger 3 year old brother to touch the grill. Needless to say the 3 year old screamed out in pain. We quickly put cold water on the burn and then went to Walgreens to get a burn ointment. He was still crying when we put the ointment on. 10 minutes later he was running around with his brother laughing again. This stuff is amazing!
