Mixing directions. Hot drink: 8 fl oz (240mL) Add half contents of packet to 7 fl oz (210mL) hot water. Stir to dissolve. Ice drink: 8 fl oz (210mL) water into a shaker, and half contents of packet into shaker. Shake for 30-60 seconds. Pour over a cup filled with ice. Blended drink: 16 fl oz (480mL) Pour 6 fl oz (180mL) water, and entire contents of packet and 12 oz (180g) of ice into blender. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
