• Unfasten hook and loop closure on strap
• Insert arm into pouch with elbow in pouch corner
• Bring strap across back and over the opposite shoulder
• Run strap through plastic loop and adjust to desired length
• Press hook portion against strap to secure

• Fasten closure and hand wash in cold water with mild soap
• Wrap in a towel to remove excess water (do not twist or wring)
• Air dry away from heat
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not bleach
