• Undo hook and loop closure, open strap enough to pass hand through elastic strap and brace
• Lay your hand in the brace with the heel of your hand against the front of the brace
• Form a fist and wiggle into place so it's positioned against the palm of your hand
• Use other hand to comfortably tighten the elastic strap

• Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent
