1. After washing your face, thoroughly wet your nose (the strip won't stick if skin is dry)
2. With dry hands peel strip off plastic liner and apply to nose with shiny side towards the skin. Smooth down to the contours of your nose
3. Let dry for 10-15 minutes or until strip is stiff
4. Slowly and carefully peel off strip, starting at edges, pulling towards center. If strip adheres too strongly, moisten strip and gently remove
