What is a Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?
A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) allows consumers to deduct pre-tax dollars from their paychecks and deposit those funds in employer-sponsored accounts to pay for medical expenses. Consumers then submit expense receipts to healthcare administrators for reimbursement.
For more information about FSAs, contact your employer.

Nosefrida The SnotSucker, a doctor-recommended, non-invasive nasal aspirator, is the new standard in keeping babies snot-free. The ingeniously simple, non-invasive design features a tube that is placed against the nostril (not inside), then use your own suction to draw mucus out of the child's nose.
Disposable filters are clinically proven to prevent any bacterial or mucus transfer. The NoseFrida is easy to clean, top-rack safe, and BPA and Phthalate free and it's way better than the bulb syringe!
It's smart, it's Swedish, it's maybe a little strange, but it's pediatrician invented & recommended - and 100% safe and hygenic!
Made in Sweden
Put the red piece in your mouth, and the blue tube against baby's nostril (not inside). The tip of the tube should form a seal with your baby's nostril. Apply suction. You will be able to hear and see the mucus coming out of the nose - gross, but gratifying.
Tip: If you are sucking with all your might to no avail, try moving the tube in a circular motion against the nostril. For extra thick mucus, a few drops of saline solution in each nostril will help loosen things before you Nosefrida®.
Cleaning: Take apart your Nosefrida®. Use warm water and soap to clean the big tube. Rinse, dry well, replace filter. Use a few drops of rubbing alcohol to clean the long, thin tube, and shake out all moisture. Snap dry pieces back together firmly.
