An 8 oz serving of FRS (2 oz concentrate + 6 oz water) supplies the same amount of flavonoid antioxidants as:

Refrigerate after opening. Shake well before using. Natural ingredients may settle. Consume within 1 month of opening. For general health, drink 1-2 servings a day. For athletes or those experiencing fatigue, drink in the morning and early afternoon. Athletes drink 30-60 minutes before exercise.
