Rated 5 out of 5Â by dolly This glove is perfect for a piano player with arth
As a pianist, I was dismayed when the arthritis in my thumbs began to affect my playing. These gloves allow me to practice with less pain, and for a greater amount of time than I can without them. They allow me the necessary mobility, but with support.

These gloves really don't seem to help very much but do provide some slight comfort. However, the thing I really find bothersome is that the velcro is soooooooooo hard to open whether on or off the hand (esp. on the hand), that it just does not seem as though 3M put much thought or research into them. People who have arthritis or other pain in the hands or wrists have an even harder time with the fact that it requires a good deal of strength in the fingers to pull the velcro apart.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Kaye I'm on my second pair of Futuro wrist supports. They are very soft and cut so they do not hurt my bad thumbs when I sleep. My 2 negative comments would be: the velcro doesn't hold for very long & comes undone during the night making it necessay to buy new before the brace is worn out, and they begin to smell like old gym socks after a few nights. Wouldn't be great if they were treated with something to avoid all the washings?

Rated 5 out of 5 With this glove I can clean without any pain in my hand and fingers. This is incredible considering that for 26 years I have had pain in this hand and index finger. It became worse in 2009 when inadvertently someone closed the slider door on the hand and wrist. I can definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to have support and flexibility.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Julie I wear the hand support during the day and the stabilizer at night on both hands. My hands are much improved after one month.I find myself talking with others about my hands and the supports often--one comment I've heard is they get dirty quick and they stop wearing them--but at the end of the day I just wash my hands with liquid soap wearing the gloves-rinse well--wick off the water with a hand towel--take them off and hang them up. They air dry over night ready to put on again the next morning. My current pair has pilling from a month of use--but continue to provide support. I may get a new pair to wear in public -- but this pair is OK for home.

This product is OK if you can find the right size. The med was ok but a bit roomey. How ever the small was to tight.
All in all it does give the hand and thumb some good support.
