To Wear:
1. Insert thumb into loop with smooth side of material against skin. Wrap support over the top of wrist.
2. Bring support under the wrist and back around the top of wrist. Secure hook fastener.
3. Adjust support until it fits firmly, yet comfortably.

I like that its black and looks faily stylish compared to its peers. I wear it all the time to do ordinary things! It allowed my wrist to move in the proper way and even improved my handwriting and. When I am not wearing it, I miss it. One day I lost it and literally drove around to 8 different pharmacies looking for it. I am online now ordering a new one. Highly recommend for everyday use!
