Size: For left or right knee, this support has been designed with three adjustable straps in order to create a customized fit for most body types. Measure around knee. Adjust to fit 13.0 - 17.5 in  33.0 - 45.7 cm.

• Place round hole over kneecap .
• While holding support in place, wrap middle strap under knee and attach hook fastener to support.
• Wrap each of the two remaining outside straps under knee and attach them to support 
• Adjust until fit is firm, yet comfortable

Care:
Close all fasteners prior to washing. Hand wash with with mild soap in warm (not hot) water; rinse well and air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, bleach or use fabric softeners.
