Size:  For right or left hand, this wrist support has been designed with an adjustable strap in order to create a customized fit for most body types. Measure around the wrist. Adjust to fit 4.5 - 9.5 in 11.4 - 24.1 cm.

• Insert thumb into loop with smooth side of the material against skin.
• Wrap support over the top of wrist.
• Bring support under the wrist and back around the top of wrist.
• Secure hook fastener.
• Adjust support until if fits firmly, yet comfortably

Care:  Close fastener prior to washing. Wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water; rinse well; air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, bleach or use fabric softener.
