To Wear:

1. Slide injured foot into the elastic sleeve. See diagram for left ankle. (for right ankle, turn the support inside out)
2. Wrap the strap around the ankle as shown in pictures 2 and 3.
3. Attach the hook fastener. Adjust strap until fit is firm, yet comfortable.

Size: For right or left foot, measure around ankle for correct sizing.

Small: 7-8ins      18-20.5cm
Medium: 8-9ins  20.5-23cm
Large: 9-10ins    23-25.5cm

Care: Close strap prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
