I am black/natural and I would recommend this product 1,000 x's. It works wonders for natural hair. I love this products because it is light and there is not build up on my hair from day to day use. Yes I use it everyday that the sun shines. I love this product!!!!!!! two thumbs up Garnier!!!

Like I said in my review for the matching shampoo, I have a very thick head of shoulder-length curly hair (type 3B) that I'm trying to grow out. I bought this along with the matching shampoo, since I always liked Garnier Fructis. Personally, I didn't really notice a dramatic difference in my hair. I mean, yes, it had no split ends whatsoever and it's creamy, but it's too light. Also, I noticed my hair wasn't as shiny as it usually is. I'm looking for frizz control and a bit of volume reduction since I have very thick hair, so maybe it just wasn't the right one for me. Other than that, it's great for all hair types, so give it a try. It really does help prevent split ends, but it's not great for frizz/poofiness. It smells AMAZING, though and is very moisturizing!

This works great for everyday, keeps curls soft and moist. Must have, ou won't need any other conditioners.

I have tons of long, thick hair and sometimes I think I should cut it off until now...this stuff makes my hair so soft and shiny and manageable.
