Not for use in conventional ovens.  Store at room temperature.  No refrigeration needed until opened.  Microwave ovens vary.  Times given are approximate.  Puncture seal.  Place tray of product (including liquid) in center of microwave oven.  Heat on high (100% power) for 25 seconds.  Carefully pull seal back just enough to drain liquid.  After draining, remove seal from entire tray and discard.  Stir contents,  Always test temperature by tasting before serving.  Discard any leftovers.
