Love this chocolate bar.

I'm on a low carb diet, but love chocolate so of course I need to have some everyday. I decided that I'll try this bar mainly for its high cocoa content, which is supposed to be good for you, because I don't really like dark chocolate. At first I couldn't eat more than one square a day, because it's so dark and a little bitter, not too sweet, but it tastes so good once you get use to it. I love it now and I am up to two squares a day, which is where I'll stay. It satisfies my chocolate craving without all the sugar, carb and sodium of regular chocolate bars.

Per 4 squares: It has no cholesterol, no sodium, 250 cals,15g carbs, 5g fiber, 5g sugar, 3g protein, 2% calcium and 25% iron.

This bars aren't candy, like a milk chocolate, there is little milk. It doesn't affect my glycemic index as there is little sugar. Let is melt in the mouth for a smooth, creamy chocolate experience. Its top notch, a little bitter and curbs the appetite. A great mood enhancer. I eat a few squares a day for something slightly sweet that doesn't affect my glycemic index.
