A blend of fresh cut vegetables ready for stir frying. No preservatives, artificial flavors or colors.
Keep refrigerated. Microwave instructions: Remove film. Add 1 tablespoon of water and cover with waxed paper or paper towel. Cook for 2 minutes until brightly colored and crisp-tender. Add soy sauce to taste, toss and serve. Stovetop instructions: Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable or peanut oil in frying pan or wok. Add Asian stir fry mix and toss. Continue stir frying vegetables until crisp-tender and brightly colored, about 3 minutes. Add soy sauce to taste or another favorite Asian sauce. Toss to coat vegetables and serve. Tip: For a complete meal, stir fry thin strips of beef, chicken, shrimp or tofu for one minute before adding vegetables. Serve stir fry over steamed rice or noodles.
