I love this machine. To emulsify and get the total value of the beg.& fruits is wonderful. For me the frustration comes w/ the lid alignment. My hands do not have the strenght needed to engage the motor. I have to wait for a visitor to get the machine to work. This has mad me cry. I have given 2 as gifts, 1 to a friend w/ cancer. To allign the top to engage power was too hard for her, thus it went unused. Work on a better/arthritis friendly closure system.

The Montel Williams Emulsifier is great. My husband started using it right away and uses it most everyday. We have been trying to eat more fruits and vegetables and be more healthy and we use it to make fruit smoothies and all kinds of fruit and vegetable juices. We would recommend it to anyone trying to get healthy.
