Herbal Clean tea blend contains nature's finest herbs. Alfalfa, Slippery Elm, Burdock, Dandelion, Chamomile, and Red Clover. This box also contains 2 Vitamin B2/Creatine tablets.

1. Bring 1-gallon of fresh water to a boil.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Add all 16 tea bags.
4. Steep for 10 minutes.
5. Sweeten to taste.
6. Enjoy hot, warm, or cold.
7. Take both vitamin B2/creatine tablets with your last cup of tea.

• Drink the entire gallon at a comfortable yet, consistent pace over a 2 hour period.
• If you're feeling uncomfortable or rushed, slow down the pace. Take up to 4 hours if needed. Do not force yourself.
• Be sure to urinate frequently; this is a part of the elimination process and is a very important step to a successful cleansing program.

Instructions for a daily maintenance cleanse:

1. Bring 1-cup fresh water to a boil.
2. Add 1 tea bag.
3. Steep for 10 minutes.
4. Sweeten to taste.
5. Enjoy hot, warm, or cold.
6. After tea is brewed it can be refrigerated up to 5 days.
