I wished I hadn't bought this product. I have severe lower back pains when I sleep and thought it would help me to position it under my knees. First of all, it is way too small for sufficient support under the knee. If I have it there or not, my legs are still too straight. So I thought: "Maybe it helps when I place it between my knees when laying on the side." Didn't work out either. The material is so flabby that it crushes down like a normal pillow when wedged between the knees. So for the bed this product is absolutely useless. I should have gone right away for a larger, sturdier and more expensive item. I will try to use it as lumbar support in my car and shop for a better pillow for the bed. Maybe by using it on trips I get some usage out of it. But that's not what I bought it for. If you have severe lower back pains and need good support in the night, this pillow isn't it!
