It's just a thin sticky gel type substance that gives you a cool sensation for maybe only a fraction of a second, and that's while it's being applied. I should have known better than to believe this would help with the hot flashes. Don't waste your money!! November 8, 2009

Rated 4 out of 5 by CherubLane It works This works great, however it's a little hard to use if you get hit by a hot flash while driving. I got some small spray bottles and made my own with aloe vera gel, alcohol & water and it is easier to use in a spray form. If aloe vera gel is not available, try a little baby oil - water and alcohol dries out the skin, something is needed for moisture. Good luck! May 21, 2009
