A cervical roll with a gel core for custom neck support and a soft head cradle for comfort in order to improve your sleeping posture for a better nights sleep. The gel core can be removed and heated or chilled for hot or cold head and neck therapy.

For a cold neck therapy place Gelly Roll core in freezer for one hour and for warm neck therapy place in microwave for two minutes.
