I drink a glass around 2:00 for an energy boost. It help curve my afternnon appetite and helps me stay active throughout the evening.
I do have to go to the bathroom more often but its probably all the water I drink with it.

To be perfectly honest, I do not believe this product actually aids weight loss. I've changed my eating habits a bit and became slightly more active and have not lost weight. However, it does give you a nice sustaining energy boost and that's my primary usage for the product. The taste is bland, but tolerable.

Not as good as the old formula very un happy with this one. Took this one every day twice a day for 4 weeks and drank 12 glasses of water a day . I gained 5 lbs, would not tell a friend about new formula

I used this product before the recall and it really worked and helped me lose 8 lbs in less than 2 months. Then after the recall I saw it for sale at "Wally world" so I thought I give it a try. I didn't lose weight, in fact I GAINED weight; 4 lbs in 1 week! What the heck happened? Waste of money.
