Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal, or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician. Children under 2: Consult a dentist or physician. Children under 6: Use a pea sized amount.

I was skeptical but after only a couple of days, my teeth actually do look brighter. The taste is great. I love that it uses natural enzymes and removes tartar. I do not normally spend this much on a tube of toothpaste but since it is working for me I plan to use this toothpaste as long as they make it. December 17, 2012
