Use on wet or towel-dried hair. Section hair into 1-2 inch sections. Dispense 1 pump onto fingertips and work into hair section at the root. Continue resectioning and applying product until entire crown area is covered. Heat style as desired.

I'm happy with how this foam has worked on my hair (fine hair that easily breaks). It is thinner and more runny than mousse I've used in the past, but you don't need very much at all. I made the mistake of pumping too much the first time and had to rewash my hair. Now I just use two small pumps and I notice volume for a couple of days - nothing extreme just a nice lift. I've been using it with the Full Repair Shampoo and Conditioner and I get a lot of compliments about how much shine my hair has now. Overall a good buy.
