I have been using this conditioner for over a year and keep coming back to it for a few reasons: it untangles my very long hair, keeps my hair color in longer, provides great shine and calms the frizz. The scent isn't too bad either.

my hair tangles easily and this is the only conditioner i have ever had so few snarls with after the shower.
i think it smells lovely and i love that it boosts my reds highlights a touch too.
i wish it was easier to get my hands on though, it seems like almost nobody sells it anymore :<

This is the ONLY conditioner that I have used in recent years that keeps my baby fine hair from having excessive static. I color it, and it has moderate damage from that, but this conditioner smooths it out and keeps the flyaways away. I use a little less in the summer than I do in the winter. I would recommend this for anyone with baby fine hair.

Compared to the conditioners that come with my hair color and compared to the Garnier and L'oreal conditioners I have used, this John Frieda is nothing special. It didn' feel as rich or smell as good as the other brands I compare it to. Didn't do anything special for my hair texture.

I have multi colored hair. I am naturally a brunette and I have multicolored my hair exceptionally well, better than a salon. Any way, I have 3 shades of blond, 2 shades of red, an Irish shade of orange, and 2 shades of brunette. I have found that with the way my hair is colored, mixing the John Frieda Color Enhancing shampoos together and doing the same with the conditioners works excellently. I would recommend that procedure for people with naturally multicolored hair, for highlighted hair..etc.
