I have naturally quite dark blonde hair- it's pretty close to gold. I found this in England and was ecstatic to find it here. It keeps my hair looking distinctly blonde- the color it is when I first wash it.

This is a fantastic shampoo. The price, compaired to what you would get in a salon, is not that bad either. I literally started seeing results on the first wash (not drastic, but enough to know that I didn't waste my money). I'm thrilled with the product and results. Now, I won't have to color my whole hair as often and I can just keep up with the root touch-ups. I don't use the conditioner, so I can't say anything on that. I use a different color treated conditioner, but the shampoo even works well with that. The two combined makes my hair really soft.

I had bought both shampoo and conditioner. My dyed blonde hair was turning into a golden blonde. This is 3 weeks into my hair being dyed. It says you see results within 3 uses. I saw results in 1. It did dry out my hair quite a bit. My natural oils are even having a hard time making my hair that greasy feeling. But it does work really good and makes your hair brighter and not golden. I will continue to use this, but I will maybe find a deep conditioning treatment to moisturize my hair. Maybe use the purple shampoo and use your favorite moisturizing conditioner. That is what I'm going to be doing. Tresemme has some really good repairing treatments, that I've heard, that I'm going to try.

this purple shampoo keeps my hair from turning gold...hard to find thsnk you Walgreens!!
