I've tried other shampoos and conditioners that claimed to do special things for your hair, but done did much more than get in clean. But John Frieda is the first brand I've tried that actually did MORE than it said! Besides the advertised shine, it left my hair so soft and fluffy that I looked as though I'd used some sort of "volumizing" treatment. It's more expensive than other brands, but I would definitely buy it again. I'll just wait for a sale. As for recommending it to a friend? I have already done so!
