The relaxer contains special conditioners that work to penetrate the weakened areas of hair, minimizing damage from over processing.

The dual purpose shampoo with color alert can be used immediately following the relaxer as a neutralizer or between touch-ups for regular maintenance. This gentle formula self-adjusts to deeply cleanse the hair to remove dirt, oil and residue and restore the hair’s natural pH balance.

The styling and setting lotion provides long-lasting roller sets, wraps and versatile styles with maximum body and bounce. It also helps protect hair from fizzing and eliminates split ends. After use, hair is soft, silky and more manageable.

Warnings

Contains Alkali. Follow directions carefully to avoid skin and scalp burns, hair breakage or eye injury. Do no use if scalp is irritated or injured. Do not apply to scalp. Do not use on bleached hair or hair that has been permed with ammonium thioglycolate (curl perm) or ammonium bisulfite. Do not use on permanently colored hair or hair which is breaking, splitting, or otherwise damaged. If hair has been previously relaxed, apply only to new growth as described in the directions. If relaxer causes skin or scalp irritation, rinse out immediately and wash with the shampoo in the kit. If irritation persists or if hair breakage occurs, consult physician. Avoid contact with eyes, can cause blindness. If relaxer gets into eyes, rinse immediately, and consult a physician. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

I was so horrified to see about 75 % of my hair fall out after using this product. Pls do not take any chances, i did regret using this and still very depressed with how much hair i lost. I kept braids in my hair just to avoid the horror.I happen to run accross this product in the store. I was VERY PLEASED with how the product relaxed my hair. Rated 3 out of 5 by Kayz "Everybody hair is different" This is a great product for people who really don't have thick hair, and also have the time to use a lot of heat products to get your hair fully straight. Using this perm made my hair dry. Also I still had curls left from my new growth. The only time I got straight hair was when I flat Iron it. July 16, 2009

Rated 1 out of 5 by Ana Horrible product! This product is absolutely horrible. It says it is for regular/fine hair, I have never had so much hair fall out in my life! Unless you want to become bald, do not buy this product. Do not get me wrong, I have used many relaxers in the past, but this just dried out and ruined my hair-which was in fairly good condition before I started out. Do yourself a favor and skip this product, you don't want hair falling down the drain! I do admit the smell wasn't bad and it was easy to apply, but it didn't come with any conditioner to use afterwards, only a shampoo and styling gel. What's up with that? June 29, 2009
