At contact, it feels like rubbing lime on a wound. It burns/irritates in the beginning, but as it wears off, it feels better; but overall, not a good product. I pretty much was focused on the pain than enjoying it.

I am so shocked at all the negative reviews. This is our favorite stuff by FAR! I have never noticed the smell, and we don't use it for taste, but this stuff works like magic for both of us. I think it lasts way longer than any other thinner liquid, and the warming part is my favorite. I just can't believe people don't like it, but to each his own!

The product does warm, and it is slick for a while... but it has a very petroleum-ish smell to it and quickly becomes sticky. Personally, I can't get past the smell nor the stickiness, so I will not be buying this product again.

I know people who swear by the KY warming lubes, but I'm not a fan. I've found this to provide better lubrication than the liquid KY warming product, but it feels gooey and becomes sticky quickly. The "warming" felt more like burning and moderate irritation to me.
