Patch test 48 hours before using:  Before applying the client should carry out a patch test or ask a doctor to do so even if the client has used color products this brand or another brand before.  Some people are allergic to hair color products.  Allergies can develop or worsen suddenly, even if the client has used this or another hair color product Previously.

Patch Test:

1. Thinly apply the product over a 1"x1" (2.5cm x 2.5 cm) patch on the inside of the elbow, using a cotton wool tip and leave on for 45 minutes.
2. After 45 minutes, thoroughly remove the product with lukewarm water.
3. Do not use product if any reaction (burning, itching, swelling, irritation, or any other abnormal reaction) occurs either during the test period or within 48 hours following the test.

It must be understood that this test is simply a precaution and even if no reaction occurs during the test, it does not conclusively mean that no allergies will occur during further use.
