Broth and soups:  Melt 1 tub of Knorr® Homestyle Stock into 3-1/2 cups boiling water; stir until dissolved.  Rice, mashed potatoes and pasta:  Melt 1 tub of Knorr® Homestyle Stock into 3 cups hot cooked rice, 3 lbs. potatoes or 1 lb. pasta for a burst of flavor or dissolve 1 tub into cooking water to season while cooking.  Roast chicken or turkey:  Blend 1 tub Knorr® Homestyle Stock with herbs and rub on 3-4 lbs. of poultry before roasting.  Sauces and gravies: stir into pan drippings and dilute to desired strength with water, wine or other liquid; thicken with flour and season as desired.
