The best produt ever. Im rather young in middle school so i have gym, have to run up and down stairs, and have to run from one building to another. And because im around peers allday they cant know im own my period A.K.A guys . I would not use at the begging of my period because of a heavy flow but after about three or two days they are perfect. Not only will use this specific product but i use and would recommend any of there products.

This is a great product. Its not sticky plastic like other brands. It's more natural.
