This is the only brand I trust and have been using it for years!!! When I came home with a C Section, the overnites kept my pjs and sheets clean. These thin pads are comfy, discreet and give just the protection I need. Thanks Kotex...by the way, the cotton is great... cannot use anything else because I get a rash.

I have used these for years and wouldn't give them up. By far the best protection of any of the brands. They are so thin, you will forget you are wearing a pad. These beat the thick pads - no contest.

I really didn't like this pad because it doesn't stick to my panties and is uncomfortable. I felt like i wasn't getting protection either. I was afraid I would leak. I really didn't feel like this pad was any protection at all. For those that don't mind being uncomfortable on you light days then this would be fine but I wouldn't recommend this pad. I got this pad in a sample and i am glad I didn't buy a whole pack because I wouldn't use them!
