After using generic store brand oil free makeup remover decided to try Loreal brand. More expensive product should be better right? WRONG! Will stick to store brand from now on. MUCH more effective in removing makeup. This stuff burns your eyes, doesn't remove non waterproof makeup and end up still having to use soap and water to remove! What a waste...will definitely not purchase again and would not recommend!

This eye makeup remover works well for people that do not wear waterproof eye makeup. I do not wear waterproof mascara or eyeliner. Therefore, I cannot tell you if this will work well on anything but regular eye makeup. LOREAL does have another eye makeup remover that says it is can remove waterproof eye makeup. If you are like me, and you have sensitive skin and eyes, this may be a great product for you but use a cotton pad to remove your eye makeup. It takes a few times of wiping and blotting to get off your eye makeup because it is gentle on the eyes. You don't want to put something too harsh on your eyes, especially if they are sensitive. But everybody is different. What works for me may not necessarily work for you. I have never had any burning or irritation with this product so far, and it does the job it is suppose to do. It does not claim to remove waterproof eye makeup so try their other product for that.

Rated 1 out of 5 This stuff didn't remove my eye makeup at all.. Defiantly won't repurchase.. I do not recommend this.

This is okay for regular makeup removal, but for waterproof eye makeup the Loreal Demo Expertise eye makeup remover works much, MUCH better.

This stuff does not work!! It was harsh on my eyes and it took a lot of rubbing to take off my mascara. And in the end, I still had to use soap and water to take off my makeup. It left my eyes red from all the rubbing. If you're looking for a good eye make-up remover, try nuetrogena!
