I have used this hair color for many years and I always receive compliments and I'm frequently asked for the name of the salon where I got my color done. I absolutely love it!

As an ex hairstylist myself I was always a little skeptical when using at home haircolor. Since I no longer work in the salon I didn't want to pay for the price of salon highlights. This product was wonderful! My hair is past my shoulders and there was enough product to cover, when I was finished the color matched exactly as the picture showed. I used the 3.5 I will be using this from now on and am happy my local walgreens carries it

When doing at home, box, color it's rare that you end up with color exactly like what's on the box but that's what I got. I used the darkest mahogany brown color and have naturally dark brown hair and got exactly the results I was supposed to get. I wasn't terribly adept at placing the highlights so that looks different but the actual color was a perfect match. I'm very pleased.

I have used this brand with the two-in-one color and highlight for years. With an unfortunate handicap, the directions are clear and precise, easy to apply, and you have the freedom to be as creative as you like with the numerous color selections. I prefer this over salon color any day of the week.

I have bought this color three times now and every time i have colored my hair with this product, i receive enormous amounts of compliments. I bought it because i have the same features and eye color as the model on the box and the hair color really brought her eyes out more. Maybe i was just lucky and this hair color really worked for me. Never did it turn out purple. The lighter your roots, the more red the top part of your scalp is going to look. I have medium brown hair and dye it all the time. this color is perfect for me!

The end result of this product is not at all the color I was expecting. I am not at all satisfied and I will never by another Loreal product. The hair color on the box should be burgundy/purple/red because that is what my natural brown healthy hair turned into. A complete disaster and I am trying everything
to get this color washed/faded out. A stripper will only result in extreme hair damage, Worse than what the clown color of my hair is now.
