Cons: not very accurate results

If you are a med. blonde or darker, keep away from this. I'm a dirty blonde and have always brightened it prof. to a lighter blonde w/overall highlights.If your hair is too dark will turn out either very yellow or orangey. Mine is dirty blonde. Had to wait 2 weeks and was snow white in some areas with yellow and orange streaks. It took 4 times to get it to an acceptable color. And had too much yellow every time.

I have had snow white hair like 10 years now. I am naturally light blond. I moved to USA from Europe and i was looking for the right hair color for 6 months. Blonde hair color selection is SOOO small over here. And most of the colors are yellow blondes or grey : / I had to order my hair color from Europe. Until the day i found and tried this hair color. I LOVE IT! Makes my hair snow white and super shiny. You can get blind from lookin at my hair hehehe :)) The best bleach in USA!!

I have used this twice. I am a natural blonde but I occasionally dye my hair brown. Once it fades, I dye my hair with this product. The first time I used this, it turned out a pretty blonde. The only bad thing was it had a VERY yellow tint. But it eventually washes out, so everything turns out looking fine. The second time I used this, I had similar results. Except it turned out even more yellow. But, again, it fades and mostly evrything turns out well. After it fades though, you should dye it once more with like a champagne blonde to give it more of a nice natural look.

As an black american, I get a shiney, rich platinum color. Time it's allowed to set with a plastic cap, gives the best results. And my hair is soft with a great scent!

THIS IS THE WORST HAIRCOLOR I HAVE EVER USED. DO NOT EVER USE IT. IT LOOKS CHEAP AND TURNS YOUR HAIR ORANGE. PLEASE! I LOVE FERIA HAIR COLOR BUT THIS COLOR IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

Pros: Light smell, gave me shine again, bleached dark brown to pale almost white blonde, fast (25 minutes), great white tea conditioner, no sting, two kits is better than four

Cons: gloves were too big for me.

I've used a lot of bleach kits and brands (ION, WELLA, Clairol etc) and none have been as quick or as great as this bleach kit. I tend to switch in between reds and blondes. Anyone who switches from red to blonde can tell you how difficult it is to get rid of the red, brassy tones in red dyed hair. I already had a dark blonde hair color, before using this, but I still had brass and I wanted to go really platinum white gold. This took my brassy dark blonde with dark brown roots to a really white pale blonde color all over. I didn't need a toner for this. It really stripped the hair of all of its color. I was shocked that it took my dark brown roots and made it in the same pale blonde color as the tips. I was also really happy how it soften my hair. It undid the roughness that a previous bleach brand did to my hair. Plus the Feria bleach kit helped to put in a lot of the shine back into my hair of which the previous bleach brand took out. It doesn't have a strong odor as most bleach kits do. It still has a light bleach smell but not as bad as the Clairol Professional bleach does. Plus when mixed it gives me over 6ozs of dye to work with, which is always a winner for my thick, a lot of strands, long hair. I only need to buy two kits instead of four. It's no wonder why I always go back to this brand from time to time during my Eminem blonde yrs.

The only complain I have are the gloves. They're to big and slip off. It took me forever to do my roots because of this predicament.

This is what I did... I mix the kit as said in the instruction (mix powder and hair color into the bottle and shake until mixed well). I first did my roots, after ten minutes leaving it in I put whatever was left in the bottle on the rest of the strands of hair. Then left it on for just 20 mins(my hair takes in hair color really fast). I then washed the bleach out with warm water. I noticed really fast how different the texture and shine of my hair felt at this time. After washing the dye out, I used the shimmer conditioner that the kit brings with and leave it on for four minutes (two mins isn't enough for me), making sure my tips are saturated with the conditioner. I wash it out with cold water. The cold water helps to seal the hair cuticle shut, closing in the moisture and making it really shiny. I was surprised at how it brought out the shine of my new platinum white hair. White hair tends to be a really difficult hair color to bring out the shine but L'OREAL brought it out with this kit. Amazing. It's not as great as their Gray Chic collection but will do. I really do wish they brought back their Gray Chic hair color collection some day. I found that that collection works best to achieve quick and easy way to get white or silver hair.

Overall, I highly recommend this kit for hair dye addicts who want to color their dark hair in a platinum to white color. Of course each person is different and the kit may not work on his or her dark brown hair. Do a test strand always when working with hair color box kits.
