1. To achieve an even tan, we recommend a body peeling every 4 weeks for a smooth skin surface
2. Dry your skin well and apply the self-tanning instead of a body lotion
3. Use a smaller amount on your elbows, knees, ankles and feet to avoid dark stains. Do not apply to hairline, eyebrows, fingernails and toenails
4. Wash hands thoroughly after use
