Push the on/off button for 3 seconds to start vibration.  Push the same button for 3 seconds to switch off.  To change type of vibration, push the on/off button.  When you switch the massager on, it starts with a continuous vibration rhythm.  By pushing the on/off button, you can choose from 5 different rhythms:  Continuous vibration, extended interval vibration, waves vibration, increasing rhythm vibration and slow waves of vibration.  Each vibration rhythm can be used with 3 different intensities (low, medium and high) that can be selected by pushing +/- buttons.  How to change batteries:  Remove the battery cover at the top by pressing the lateral slots with the thumb and forefinger of one hand and lifting the cover upwards with the other forefinger.  Remove the old batteries and insert two new AAA batteries making sure that the positive and negative ends of each battery match the polarity indicators inside the battery housing.  Place the battery cover back into position and push until firmly in place.  Ensure the cover is closed properly to maintain water resistance.  Cleaning and storage:  Clean thoroughly before using for the first time, and after each subsequent use.  Easy to clean with soap and water.  Do not submerge in water.  After cleaning, dry off, place in storage pouch and keep somewhere dry and cool.  Remove batteries during storage if there are long periods between use.  Disposal:  Disposal of electrical, electronic equipment and batteries are not household waste but must be delivered to a designated collection point for recycling.  For more information, please contact your seller or municipal waste disposal office.
