I ordered the product and it was shipped and received promptly.
Since it states it will take several months for results, I really can not rate the product at this time. All reviews I read on this site, the manufacturer's site and a Health site were good.
I am taking it for tinnitus . Hopefully the med and prayers will be effective.

Works great to bring down the ringing in my ears--I use it every day to control the ringing-and I can hear a lot better.

I cannot tell for sure if it helps with tinnitus or not. It has vitamins so that's good at least. I still have tinnitus and I'm at the 5th bottle.
The leaflet says that tinnitus should improve after 6 months. It's been 6 months and I don't feel improvement.
The vanilla smell of these pills should give you a clue of what they really are: a candy!

I am on my 3rd bottle and have no improvement in ringing my ears. I will take it for another month. I hope it stops the ringing.

I started out using 2 capsules per dose and it upset my stomach significantly. I cut it down to 1 capsule after a good meal and tolerated it well thereafter. It does work on tinnitus.

This product cure my ear problem , I visited a lot doctor any one cure me, but this product resolved my problem, I recommend.
