Like everyone said, very easy to use. Easily eliminates bad breath. I guess the active ingredients on the strips do dissolve in 5-10 minutes...it's the left-over plastic strip itself that will still be there. I guess it's ok to swallow but I just wipe it off. I used to use the Crest whitening strips, but the listerine ones didn't make my teeth as white as the Crest ones.
