Easy to use spray/dropper bottle:

• To use as dropper:  Hold bottle upside down and squeeze lightly.
• To use as gentle sprayer:  Hold bottle upright and squeeze firmly. 

For Newborn/Infants: 2 to 6 drops in each nostril as often as needed or as directed by your physician
For Children and Adults: 2 to 6 sprays/drops into each nostril as often as needed or as directed by a physician.
